Betty Topper of Norco

Betty Topper of Norco, California, USA, was kept chained to a bress bed by her mother Cindi Sue Topper (39), and her grandfather Loren Bess (76), at 1531 Elm Drive (see picture), until she was found at the age of 6.

Betty was taken to Loma Linda University Medical Centre. A month later she had gained 10 pounds to weigh 40 pounds, and was becoming more interactive with other people, although she could still not speak.
